Don James' honors as an all-time "winningest" coach are legendary. When Don James speaks about TEAMWORK, audiences sit up and listen! It is his on-field accomplishments that first earned James acclaim. Today he is admired nationally for his presentations on discipline, motivation, and success!

James served as President of the American Football Coaches Association in 1989, gaining the lofty position by a vote of his peers. Among Pacific-10 coaches he is peerless; he was honored as the Pac-10 Coach of the Year each of his last two seasons. Here is a partial list of his awards: the Bear Bryant Award as the nation's best coach; the Touchdown Club National Coach of the Year; National Coach of the Year by Kodak; District Coach of the Year; West Coast Coach of the Year; and Seattle's Sportsman of the Year.
