Marsha Fraser

Gifted Facilitator & Problem Solver

Marsha Fraser has over 25 years experience in organizational development and human resource management. Marsha has served as a consultant, facilitator, manager and public speaker. She specializes in managing organizational change, negotiation techniques, strategic planning, team building and retreat facilitation, leadership development, project management and process improvement

Prior to forming her own consulting firm eight years ago, Marsha was a Vice President in the Seattle office of Drake Beam Morin Inc., the world's largest career transition consulting firm, specializing in executive assessment, counseling, and outplacement. She also worked for nine years at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) in Portland, Oregon. As the BPA's human resource development manager, she was responsible for organizational development, executive and management development, training, and employee relations.

Prior to her work at the Bonneville Power Administration, Marsha worked for four years for the Department of Defense. Marsha served as the West Coast Regional Training Manager for 1,200 people in four states managing both technical and managerial training programs. Marsha also trained as a Contract Administration and Quality Assurance Specialist in mechanical, electronic, and electrical areas.

Marsha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, where her emphasis was in Personnel Management and Counseling Psychology. Marsha also has several doctoral level hours in clinical psychology from Pacific University in Portland, Oregon.
