Sheila Connor
Sheila Connor is the president of a Seattle-based nationally recognized and respected consulting group. She is a versatile and effective communication professional with expertise in executive leadership, strategic planning, team development, organization transition and management and interpersonal skills training. Throughout her twenty years of consulting, Sheila has viewed the strategic development of human capital as the critical factor in driving organization success.
Working collaboratively with clients as partners, she has participated in the development and delivery of leadership and management training to over 10,000 people. Her designs for organizational interventions have been used throughout the United States, Canada, Russia and Korea. She frequently conducts team retreats and on site meetings for multinational corporations, government agencies and educational institutions. Some of her clients include Boeing, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Microsoft, Lucky Gold Star, Alaska Airlines, Blue Cross of California and Northwestern University. She has worked with various government agencies including Federal Aviation Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and The Office of the Surgeon General of the Army and Washington State Agencies. She also has served for eight years as Adjunct Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in North Carolina.Sheila has a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development and has received training at Harvard Law School in negotiation and mediation.
