Performance Coaching
Executives, managers, and others interested in career growth and development increasingly turn to a business coach for a personally tailored development process. Coaching is a specific process of interaction over a period of time that encourages a shift in who you are, what you do, and how you do it. Coaching services are not a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. A coaching agreement establishes a foundation for the coach and client.
Before coaching sessions begin, our coaches agree, in writing, on:
- Confidentiality
- The objectives for the coaching sessions
- Expectations for the coach and the client
- A method of evaluation
- A calendar for the sessions
- A commitment to the sessions and responsibility for decisions and results
The role of a coach is to strengthen others' competency.
